Types of services offered
Privacy of Your Staff
Your staff must understand how the personal information they provide to the government will be used. The salaries of private company employees are not paid for by taxpayer funds and therefore, private company employees are afforded a higher level of privacy than public servants. However, the personal work details of your staff may still be released in some circumstances (e.g. name and contact details in an email).
I offer training courses to help your staff understand the types of personal information that may be released if provided to the government.
Providing Services On Behalf of the Government
If your company provides services on behalf of a government agency and manages personal information as part of that service, you will need to comply with the Privacy Principles in the IP Act whenever you handle personal information on behalf of the government. If you fail to comply with the privacy principles and there is a privacy breach, your company will be held responsible.
I offer privacy training videos that will train your staff on the Privacy Principles and their obligations when handling personal information. These can be accessed via an individual licence or annual licence.
Annual License

- $2000 per video per course
Individual License
- Individual staff can access training videos for 1 month
- Watchable by staff anywhere, anytime
- Accessible on the RTI Consultants learning platform
- $75 per user
